No we do not mail out catalogues as our inventory is always changing. Many of our items are one of a kind and once sold are gone. Other products may be discontinued and new products come in monthly.

Yes, you can place an order to be shipped to an alternate address by using your address book in your account. After you login to your account click "My Account" in the upper right corner. You will now be in your account admin page. Click on Address Book to add a new shipping address.
Yes, we take special orders but keep in mind that to make an order we must purchase a minimum amount from our suppliers. The minimums vary from one supplier to another so this may have an impact on when you can expect to receive/place your order.
Most common special orders are for jewellery with Peter Stone or Dryad Design. These can take up to a month. Other suppliers could take up to six months.
To increase the quantity of an item in your shopping cart highlight the quantity
ordered "1". Enter the new quantity and click update. To remove items place a checkmark in the remove box and click update.
A heat resistant incense burner is required to use Charcoal Tablets. Fill your
incense burner with about two inches of sand to help disperse heat. Hold Charcoal
Tablet with tongs and light. Once lit place on the sand. Be very careful, charcoal
will sizzle and get very hot so don't hold it in your hand while lighting.
Although we are capable of doing so, it's not our mandate to do magick for you. We can provide tools on our store to do your own spells and we can give you some advice if you ask but we will not do the spells for you.

will now process credit card payments even if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you do not have a credit card or PayPal account you may send a Money Order or certified cheque if you are in Canada only We do not ship until we have received your payment, and your payment should reach us within 14 days of placing your order. Please do not place your order unless you are prepared to send in your payment. If your payment does not reach us in time your order will be cancelled and you risk loosing the privilege of this payment option. We have had to implement this policy due to the high number of unpaid orders placed with this payment option.
